Key Points of Composite Stainless Steel Plate Construction Technology
Time:2025-11-05
The construction quality of composite stainless steel plates directly affects their performance and service life, requiring strict control over key processes.
Base Layer Preparation is fundamental: thoroughly remove surface impurities such as dust, oil, and rust, repair holes and cracks, then improve adhesion through abrasive belt grinding to ensure the base layer is flat and clean.
Primer Application should use high-performance epoxy acrylic anti-corrosion primer, applied evenly by roller coating or spray coating. Sufficient drying time must be allowed to ensure the dry film thickness and adhesion meet standards.
Steel Plate Installation requires precise positioning according to design drawings, using high-strength epoxy structural adhesive for bonding. Suction cup tools are used to ensure the plates are flat and undistorted, with concealed welding for joint fixation.
For subsequent Anti-corrosion Coating, epoxy polyurethane paint is selected. After curing, protective layer construction is performed, and joints are sealed to prevent leakage.
Throughout the process, Quality Control must be implemented, with professional instruments used to test indicators at each stage. Meanwhile, Safety Protection Measures such as safety helmets and harnesses must be implemented.
