Quality Control and Inspection Standards for Composite Stainless Steel Plates
Time:2025-10-20
Quality control of composite stainless steel plates must 贯穿 the entire production and construction process, establishing a multi-dimensional inspection system. Raw material inspection is the primary link, requiring composition analysis and performance testing of stainless steel cladding, carbon steel base layer, welding materials, etc., to ensure compliance with national standards.
During production, ultrasonic testing is used to inspect interface bonding quality to avoid delamination defects, and shear tests are required to verify that interface shear strength meets standards. During the construction phase, sampling inspections are conducted on key processes such as base layer treatment, primer application, and welding quality. Professional instruments are used to detect coating thickness, adhesion, and weld integrity.
Finished product inspection includes appearance flatness, dimensional accuracy, corrosion resistance testing, etc. When necessary, third-party institutions are invited to conduct independent evaluations. At the same time, relevant industry standards must be strictly followed to control service temperature, avoiding prolonged exposure of 2205 grade materials to the 475°C brittle zone, ensuring full performance of the material.
